The Role

Superhuman Studios is on the lookout for a visionary Design Engineer to spearhead our team in the creation of a SaaS Content Management System for the Spatial Web. As we approach our launch and delve deeper into the product engineering phase, we invite innovative engineers to join us in shaping the future of the internet: the Spatial Web.

Who We're Searching For

You are an exceptionally motivated graphic designer, endowed with superb artistic talents and a portfolio of recent work in product interfaces and user experience, ideally acquired within tech-focused ventures, startups, or corporates, over the last 2-3 years.

Position Requirements

• Essential Skills: Proven expertise in using FIGMA, experience with dashboard and app design, a solid understanding of product design frameworks, wireframing, and prototyping tools, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for industry innovation.

• UI/UX Skills: Comprehensive UI/UX design experience from research to testing, proficiency in creating engaging prototypes and usability tests, and staying abreast of industry trends.

• Quality Assurance Skills: In-depth testing skills including ETL, integration, and server-side coding experience, familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks, and robust documentation skills.

Desirable Attributes

• Familiarity with Lean or Agile design principles

• Proven ability to present insights, make data-driven design decisions, and develop graphic solutions

• Adaptability to projects with ambiguous details across various domains

Daily Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct user research, and validate design choices

• Lead the design process from wireframes and prototypes to user flows and visual designs

• Provide design support to the engineering team and ensure cross-platform compatibility

Location Flexibility

Choose from Studio-based in-office/hybrid arrangements, or fully remote work. All remote team members should be located within the South-East Asia time zone. At Superhuman Studios, we offer the flexibility to either work remotely or relocate to Bali, tailoring your professional journey to your lifestyle preferences.

Experience and Remuneration

• Experience Level: Intermediate (For Mid-Level Professionals aspiring to Senior positions)

• Compensation: Competitive, aligned with Full-Time Rates
