The Role

Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate executive team communication meetings, ensuring seamless internal communication.

• Manage executive calendars, schedules, and timeframes, optimizing efficiency and prioritizing tasks.

• Arrange and coordinate travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.

• Prepare and assist in external meetings, ensuring executives are well-prepared for engagements.

• Document important information, handle light accounting and bookkeeping tasks, and contribute to the development of efficient systems and processes.

• Act as a liaison between international teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to fulfill local events and promotions.

• Be an integral part of the Bali team, coordinating deliverables of product and engagement teams.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in executive support or operations management.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in documentation, accounting, and bookkeeping.

• Familiarity with building systems and processes for operational efficiency.

• Experience coordinating events and promotions is a plus.

• Proven ability to collaborate with international teams.
