The Role
Superhuman Studios is on the hunt for a visionary Design Researcher to lead our efforts in exploring interfaces, user experiences, and enhancements for our debut product platform. This role is an amalgamation of skill, methodology, and exploration, aimed at addressing complex challenges faced by our users. Ideal for a design researcher with a zeal for excellence, a commitment to validating designs against real-world user interactions, and an eagerness to explore new frontiers.
As we pave the way for a SaaS Content Management System for the Spatial Web, we're in search of motivated designers with exceptional artistic flair and a track record of significant achievements in product interface and user experience, preferably within tech-focused startups or established tech companies, with 2-3 years of experience.

Role Requirements
Essential Skills: Proficiency in FIGMA, experience in designing dashboards and apps, a strong understanding of product design frameworks, wireframing, prototyping tools, excellent communication skills, and a zeal for innovation in the industry.
UI/UX Expertise: Comprehensive capability in UI/UX design from research to testing, skilled in creating dynamic prototypes and usability testing, with a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends.
Quality Assurance Competencies: Extensive testing experience including ETL, integration, server-side coding skills, familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks, and strong documentation capabilities.
Desired Attributes
Familiarity with Lean or Agile design principles
Capable of presenting insights and leading design solutions, crafting graphic solutions from concept to delivery
Comfortable navigating projects with ambiguous details, eager for knowledge and growth
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify requirements, conduct user research, and ensure the highest design outcomes
Lead the design process, from conceptualization through to final implementation
Provide design support to the engineering team, ensuring seamless integration across platforms

Location Options
